We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
About the Role:
Technical Expert & Trainer – responsible for technology transfer and advanced support.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive comprehensive system training at the China headquarters during the initial project phase.
Upon arrival at the assigned location, conduct systematic technical training for all on-site operators and service coordinators.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and complete key technical tasks such as system validation and ground-truth comparison.
Organize and optimize localized operation and maintenance documentation.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on industrial vision system debugging experience. Proficient in software such as VisionPro, Halcon, or VisionMaster.
Understanding of vision hardware (cameras, lenses, lighting). Capable of independently completing measurement project validation.
Other Requirements:
● For Mexico position: Excellent English and Spanish proficiency (for training in China and locally) required. Chinese language skills are a plus.
Holds a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa or has the legal capability to enter the United States compliantly.
Strong documentation skills and communication abilities. Fast learner with an engineering background.
Suggested Contract Duration: 6-12 months (covering domestic training, overseas deployment, and key project support period).
