We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Desk L2 / Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and 2 technical support, manage endpoint devices, and ensure seamless IT service operations aligned with ITIL standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows and macOS systems
  • Support Office 365, Teams, Zoom, VPN, and email systems
  • Diagnose and resolve networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Offer VIP support and manage mobile devices
  • Work with tools like SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, Remedy, Zira, and Genesys
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records

Requirements:

3–5 years of IT support experience

Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills

Fluent in Romanian and English

Knowledge of ITIL practices (certification preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work onsite and remotely as needed
