We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and oversee service delivery within the business context.
  • Lead the service delivery team, manage conflict, and ensure efficient task execution.
  • Manage finances and budgets related to service delivery.
  • Determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assess customer feedback and use creativity to improve services.
  • Remain organized and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine service delivery criteria and solutions for potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in business support software.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Resource planning skills and understanding of Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA).
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
