We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Core Skills Required – Rapid7-L3

                                       Cloud SIEM – Security Information Event Management-L2

Detailed JD –

  1. Review & remediation of security incident/tickets located inside Rapid7 (cloud SIEM). Typically, would need to login to PCs to remediate.
  2. Understands client’s business objectives/impact and applies their expertise to timely resolve issues and ensure customer success.
  3. Candidate should also be able to recommend vulnerabilities that should be remediated.
  4. Keeps customer informed of case resolution.
  5. Amazing social skills with a passion to work with customers.
  6. Critical thinking and sound problem solving skills.
  7. Fantastic oral and written communication.

Experience in a similar role.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
