We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Cloud SIEM – Security Information Event Management-L2
Detailed JD –
- Review & remediation of security incident/tickets located inside Rapid7 (cloud SIEM). Typically, would need to login to PCs to remediate.
- Understands client’s business objectives/impact and applies their expertise to timely resolve issues and ensure customer success.
- Candidate should also be able to recommend vulnerabilities that should be remediated.
- Keeps customer informed of case resolution.
- Amazing social skills with a passion to work with customers.
- Critical thinking and sound problem solving skills.
- Fantastic oral and written communication.
Experience in a similar role.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
