Security Business Analyst – Vulnerability Management Program – Sydney, Australia

We are looking for an experienced Security Business Analyst to support our Vulnerability Management and Security Posture Programs. The ideal candidate will have strong core BA skills, technical understanding, and a solid background in cybersecurity controls, cloud security, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with security, engineering, architecture, and testing teams to define and deliver vulnerability management solutions.
• Analyze and document business and technical requirements across security programs.
• Support the implementation of cloud and on-prem security controls, including WAFs and posture management.
• Utilize tools like Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma, and ARMIS for security insights and risk assessments.
• Map and improve business processes, customer journeys, and operational transitions.
• Deliver end-to-end BA artefacts across the project lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience across full project lifecycles.
• 5+ years working in cybersecurity projects with a focus on:
• Vulnerability Management
• Cloud security control implementation
• Security posture improvement
• Hands-on with tools: Wiz, Prisma, ARMIS
• Strong technical and process understanding across infrastructure and cloud.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Agile project delivery experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Certifications (e.g., CBAP, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Agile/SAFe)
