We seek a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
IT Skills and Experience
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration,
including Salesforce Lightning framework, Salesforce Sales,
service cloud and Marketing cloud. - Knowledge of Apex, Salesforce platform using Apex,
Integration, Lightning Web Component, Flow. - Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard
and custom objects, relationships, and fields. - Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Creating custom solutions by designing and developing
Salesforce applications. - Participate in the entire software development life cycle,
including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and
deployment. - Supporting, maintaining, and improving the working of the existing
Salesforce applications for optimal functionality. - Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications
and systems using web services and APIs. - Collaborating with stakeholders and other developers to
Identify and implement improvements for the system. - Ensuring compliance with security and development
standards of Salesforce.
Personal Attributes:
- Experience in implementing CTI
- Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like
GIT, CICD, JIRA, etc - Very good communication skills,a patient for client interaction
Experience in a similar role
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
