We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.

We have an immediate requirement for a QA Engineer / Scrum Master (Consultant) for our online team on a fixed-price engagement basis.

Role: QA Engineer / Scrum Master (Consultant)
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both manual and automation testing, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and validation.
• Understand dependent applications and validate end-to-end integrations across systems.
• Maintain and monitor test environments to ensure availability and readiness for testing activities.
• Coordinate with dependent teams to obtain, prepare, and validate required test data.
• Support production stability by analyzing incidents, reproducing defects, and providing detailed defect reports to development teams.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum processes and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with test automation tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with integration and end-to-end testing.
• Strong defect analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Prior experience handling Scrum Master responsibilities alongside QA activities.
