Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage application support projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and achievement of project milestones.
- Application Support & Incident Management: Oversee the troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of business-critical applications, manage incidents, and ensure quick resolution.
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, address technical needs, and deliver effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all application support processes, project milestones, and outcomes. Provide regular status reports to management.
Skills: –
- Strong Windows/Mac desktop and troubleshooting knowledge (EUC).
- Agile and Jira
- Strong Application Troubleshooting
- Virtualization, PowerShell scripting, Networking
- Project Management/Documentation
Experience in a similar role
- 7+ years of relevant experience
