We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in IT Hardware Technical Support to manage support operations, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience working with server and storage infrastructure and managing call center or technical support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage call center operations related to IT hardware support.
- Coordinate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Handle technical escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor project timelines, service delivery, and SLAs.
- Ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Prepare reports, status updates, and documentation for clients.
