We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job description:
We are seeking an experienced OKTA Consultant to design, implement, and
support identity and access management (IAM) solutions using OKTA. The ideal
candidate will have expertise in identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor
authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management. This role requires strong
problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with OKTA integrations, and the ability
to collaborate with security, IT, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
 OKTA Implementation & Administration:
o Design, deploy, and manage OKTA Identity and Access Management
solutions.
o Configure and maintain OKTA SSO, MFA, and identity federation.
o Implement and optimize OKTA Universal Directory, Lifecycle
Management, and API integrations.
 Identity & Access Management (IAM):
o Manage user provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes.
o Integrate OKTA with cloud and on-premises applications (e.g., Active
Directory, Azure, AWS, Office 365).
o Ensure secure access to applications and data using role-based and
attribute-based access controls.

Security & Compliance:
o Implement best practices for IAM security, including adaptive
authentication and risk-based access policies.
o Monitor security incidents related to identity management and respond
to threats proactively.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, SOC 2,
ISO 27001, and NIST.
 Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with IT, security, and development teams to integrate
OKTA with enterprise applications.

o Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and access-related issues.
o Train and guide internal teams on IAM best practices and OKTA
capabilities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
 Technical Skills:
o 3+ years of experience as an OKTA consultant, engineer, or
administrator.
o Hands-on experience with OKTA SSO, MFA, Adaptive Authentication,
API Access Management, and Directory Integration.
o Proficiency in configuring OKTA workflows, identity lifecycle
management, and automation.
o Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP.
o Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) for
automation.
Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.

 Certifications (Preferred but not Required):
o OKTA Certified Consultant / Administrator / Developer
o CISSP, CISM, or other IAM-related certifications
