We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Role Overview:
The Network Engineer will be responsible for providing network support across multiple
sites, including BTP, Vesta & Warehouse.This role involves
implementing network solutions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining network
infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide network support for designated sites and remote locations.
- Implement and configure network solutions (LAN/WAN, cloud services).
- Perform basic configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve transmission link failures or line-of-
sight problems. - Collaborate with the Network Operations team to design and deploy network
hardware/software. - Support network integration and upgrades.
- Conduct network performance analysis and develop improvement plans.
- Install and maintain hardware such as routers, switches, and cabling.
- Schedule and apply software updates for network devices.
➢ In collaboration with global Network team - Lead network design and implementation projects in collaboration with the
global Network team. - Align IT strategy with business goals in coordination with leadership.
- Design the organization’s network infrastructure and plan future upgrades.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies for scalability and long-term growth.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of network equipment (Cisco routers, switches, FW & Cisco
AP). - Proficiency in network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Ability to structure networks to meet organizational needs.
- Troubleshooting skills for network functions (security, servers, routing).
- Experience with network performance monitoring and optimization.
Soft Skills:
Team collaboration and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to
stakeholders.Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
