Mobile Fulfilment Technician- Hong Kong

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role Profile

• The Fulfilment Technician will be responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations relating to mobile phones.
• Overseeing all Shipping/Receiving of new and used assets
• Decommissioning retired assets in accordance with strict Asset Disposal & Destruction procedures
• Responsible for coordinating the inbound logistics of new hardware and stock management to ensure sufficient stock levels based on project schedules

Role and Responsibilities:

• Inventory of Mobile phones
• Kitting of Mobile phones (i.e. installing screen protector and case)
• Asset tagging of Mobile phones
• Updating mobile devices to latest IOS version
• Assist in the prepping of phones for shipment
• Packing devices
• Creating shipping labels
• Tracking of shipments

Key Skills\Experience

• Experience managing a large inventory of serialized and non-serialized assets
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives

Experience in a similar role

• 5 years + of relevant experience
