We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for office users and plant operations. The role involves troubleshooting IT infrastructure and applications, supporting digital operations, and ensuring smooth IT functionality within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for office users and plant operations.
- Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for IT infrastructure (hosting, network) and applications.
- Support digital operations, documentation, and audit activities including internal and IATF compliance.
- Assist with system monitoring and network connectivity checks.
- Coordinate with the supervisor for IT budgeting requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation for IT processes and audits.
- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth IT operations in the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and application support.
Good English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Work location: Flexible for location change.
