Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT MIS Analyst (Finance Operations) to support financial reporting, data analysis, and MIS management within the Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial dashboards, generating MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Finance Operations.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop and manage dashboards using reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Operations teams for data collection and validation.
• Monitor KPIs and highlight variances or discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting or finance operations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau / similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or database management is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, etc.).
• Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, Python – optional).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
