Provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices and workplace technology, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and office IT infrastructure. The role also manages asset lifecycle, IMAC activities, and IT service tickets.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-User Support
- Troubleshoot hardware and device issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Support new hires and device replacements
2. Asset & Inventory Management
- Track IT hardware inventory
- Manage device lifecycle (deploy, move, retire)
- Maintain records of data-bearing assets
3. IT Infrastructure Support
- Maintain IT/communication rooms
- Handle patching and cable management
- Assist with infrastructure maintenance
4. Ticket Management
- Manage service requests and incidents
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Document resolutions in ticketing system
5. Workplace & Event Support
- Setup IT for meetings, training rooms, and events
- Support office technology activities
6. Business Moves & IMAC
- Handle Install, Move, Add, Change requests
- Support office relocations and workspace changes
🛠 Technical Skills
- Desktop & laptop installation/configuration
- Device imaging and re-imaging
- Printer, monitor, and peripheral support
- IP phone and mobile device configuration
- Basic network troubleshooting
📊 Experience Required
- 3–5 years Desktop Support / End-User Computing experience
- Experience in enterprise IT environments
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and asset management
🎓 Preferred
- IT degree or diploma
- ITIL Foundation certification
