Roles and Responsibilities:

  • onsite presence to support the team in PHX on the IT side and also coordinate any contractors & suppliers for customer and act as a contact person.

Tasks and areas of responsibility for onsite support:

  • Takeover of hardware in general
  • Quality check
  • Organizing various equipment/small parts (e.g. hotspots with SIM, cables,…)
  • Installation of laptops OTA (DELL hardware / framework agreement, ~20-30 pcs, according to Manning RampUp plan)
  • Installation of equipment for the Office / Office Area project (printers, beamers, access points,…)
  • Setup of smartphones incl. organizing SIM card (framework contract)
  • Handover of devices to end users
  • Break&Fix for on-site equipment
  • End user support for IT problems
  • Contact/coordination with Support Graz if problems cannot be solved immediately
  • Coordination/Eyes&Ears if suppliers on site -> e.g. inspection of Internet / WAN production, LAN cabling, inspection of forestry steps on site (server room),…
