We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced On-Demand IT Support Technician to join our dispatch network in Tel Aviv. This is a ticket-based, dispatch-driven role supporting onsite technical needs at a customer-facing engagement center and related locations.
As an on-call technician, you will be assigned service tickets as they arise, and be responsible for onsite resolution of IT infrastructure, AV systems, and end-user support issues. This role requires flexibility, strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to ticket-based service requests and attend dispatches as scheduled.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with:
- Network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Windows operating systems and hardware
- Conference room equipment (AV systems, displays, microphones, etc.)
- Office 365, Teams, Surface devices, and related tools
- Set up or decommission hardware (rack and stack, cabling, device setup).
- Support presentation/demo room setups for client meetings.
- Assist with resetting and reconfiguring IT or AV equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with remote support teams or escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs and ticket updates upon job completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
- Proficient in:
- Windows OS and general PC troubleshooting
- Office 365, Teams, and conferencing tools
- Hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, AV gear)
- Familiarity with AV systems such as Logitech, Crestron, or Extron is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking basics (IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to dispatches.
- Must be based in or around Tel Aviv, with the ability to travel locally.

Work Type & Hours
