🛠 Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a solid background in providing desktop and technical support in a corporate environment.

📌 Please Note: This is a dispatch part-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day desktop support for Windows and Mac environments
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Support remote users via remote desktop tools and phone
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and access permissions (Active Directory, O365)
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment setup, account creation)
  • Document technical procedures and update the internal knowledge base
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT desktop support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
  • Experience with Active Directory, remote access tools, and ticketing systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Work Conditions:

  • May include shift work, on-call rotation, or weekend support depending on business needs.
  • Combination of desk-based and floor support (if on-site).
