We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Role Overview:
The Advanced Integrator will be responsible for high-level expertise in integrating and
supporting complex software systems and applications, including troubleshooting and
resolving advanced technical issues. This role requires deep technical knowledge in API
integration, system architecture, programming, and database management, as well as
proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments. The successful candidates will be
instrumental in ensuring the smooth functionality of integrated systems and
collaborating with various stakeholders, including teams responsible for vendor
engagement, technical troubleshooting, and knowledge creation.
Key Responsibilities:
API Integration: Manage and execute complex API integrations, ensuring
seamless communication between systems, applications, and platforms.
System Architecture: Design, implement, and support advanced system
architectures to ensure scalable and reliable integrations.
Programming/Scripting: Write, debug, and maintain custom scripts and
programs to enhance integration processes and resolve technical issues.
Database Management and SQL: Manage databases, perform SQL queries,
and ensure data integrity within integrated systems.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve advanced
technical issues in both production and test environments, collaborating with
cross-functional teams.
Application Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor application performance,
troubleshoot problems, and maintain a stable environment for software
operations.
Ticket Management: Manage and update service tickets within defined Service
Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Technical Guidance: Lead troubleshooting efforts and mentor team members to
document solutions and improve processes.
Jira & Kanban Boards: Utilize Jira and Kanban boards to manage tasks, track
progress, and communicate with teams.
Software Maintenance: Perform regular software maintenance, addressing
known issues, vulnerabilities, and patches to ensure system stability.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders,
including vendors, to resolve integration and application-related issues.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations,
troubleshooting procedures, and solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
- a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration, software support or application management.
- Extensive experience with API integration, system architecture, and
application troubleshooting.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, or
PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of databases, SQL queries, and data management. - Experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems and
troubleshooting software issues in both environments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Deep understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with integration of both standard and non-standard
- applications.
- Experience in systems architecture and custom development solutions.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Kanban boards for task management.
