We are seeking a capable resource to coordinate a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimal service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for IT professionals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced support environment. You will provide essential first-level support for end-user systems, hardware, and basic networking issues.
🛠️ Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site desktop support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade OS and applications.
- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Log all issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 support teams for issue escalation.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop/IT support.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Hardware troubleshooting skills (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Lafayette, CO.
