We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Software Technical Services

  • Installation, maintenance, and upgrade of Windows operating systems
  • System image creation and maintenance
  • Installation and support of MS Office and other business applications
  • End-user support and basic user training
  • Antivirus installation, updates, and virus removal

Hardware Maintenance

  • Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Hardware troubleshooting and fault resolution
  • Coordination of hardware repair and replacement
  • Preventive maintenance of hardware components
  • Asset tagging and maintenance reporting

Network & Server Support

  • Network connectivity and troubleshooting (switch to terminal level)
  • Support for Office Network, Shared Drives, WiFi, and VPN connectivity
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file server management

Helpdesk Support

  • Handle tickets assigned by the Call Center within SLA
  • Support additional Helpdesk tasks as required

Basic Requirements

GxP or pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and network troubleshooting

Ability to support Office Network, WiFi, Shared Drives, and VPN

Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers

Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin

Strong customer service and organizational skills

ITIL experience preferred
