We are seeking a skilled ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and the business. By understanding and analyzing business needs, you will contribute to the development and implementation of technology solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities through ICT solutions.
- Analyze and document requirements, processes, and system integration points to ensure alignment with IT and business strategies.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to clarify requirements and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed systems and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, requirement specifications, and reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in ICT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and IT systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a similar role
- 5+ year of relevant experience.
