We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Job description:
The GSW Integrator – Solution is responsible for delivering and integrating end-to-end IT and network solutions within enterprise and distribution environments. This role involves coordinating with solution architects, technical engineers, and project teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, and handover of integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute solution integration and deployment activities in alignment with GSW project standards.
- Collaborate with solution architects, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure system compatibility and functionality.
- Perform configuration, validation, and testing of integrated systems before production rollout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and interoperability issues during the implementation process.
- Ensure all solution components—hardware, software, and network—function seamlessly together.
- Maintain technical documentation, including configuration records, test cases, and deployment procedures.
- Support go-live activities, system monitoring, and post-deployment issue resolution.
- Follow change management and security compliance requirements throughout all stages of integration.
- Provide technical support and handover to operations or support teams after deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in solution integration, deployment, or IT system engineering.
- Solid understanding of networking, system architecture, and application integration.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and automation frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise or distribution-based IT environments.
- Exposure to GSW / PSA systems or similar large-scale integration frameworks.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Network+, Azure/AWS Associate, or Cisco CCNA.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or scripting for automation.
