We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Contract Type: Independent Contractor / Full Time (1-Year Initial Contract)
Start Date: Immediate
Eligibility: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hardware Handling & Deployment
- Unboxing and boxing of networking and IT equipment.
- Plug-and-play installation of networking devices under supervision.
- Basic installation and physical setup of devices.
- Performing backup tasks as instructed.
- Ensuring proper handling and safe transportation of equipment.
2. Rack & Stack Activities
- Mounting and stacking networking equipment in racks under supervision.
- Organizing cables and maintaining rack cleanliness.
- Assisting senior engineers during hardware setup.
- No prior configuration knowledge required (training will be provided).
3. Network & Desktop Support
- Provide basic field-level support for networking and desktop-related issues.
- Maintain a 2:1 ratio of Networking to Desktop Support tasks per site.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic connectivity issues (under guidance).
4. Service Desk Support
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow or similar helpdesk tools (preferred).
- Logging tickets and updating status in the helpdesk system.
- Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution.
5. End-User Coordination
- Communicate with end users professionally.
- Provide updates on installation and issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during onsite visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates (B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the networking domain.
- Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work onsite and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of networking devices (routers, switches, access points).
Familiarity with ServiceNow or any ticketing tool.
Internship or academic project experience in networking (added advantage).
