We are seeking a capable resource to coordinate a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimal service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for IT professionals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced support environment. You will provide essential first-level support for end-user systems, hardware, and basic networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endpoint management team in deploying, maintaining, and securing endpoint devices across the organization.
- Develop and enforce endpoint security policies, including antivirus, patch management, encryption, and device compliance.
- Manage endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Workspace ONE).
- Oversee software deployment, updates, and license compliance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams to ensure seamless operations and incident response.
- Drive automation and scripting initiatives to improve endpoint efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Monitor endpoint performance and user experience, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in endpoint management and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to endpoint engineers and support staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Endpoint Lead support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, networking basics, and ITIL best practices.
- Experience with IT asset management tools and helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a regional or global organisation.
- Exposure to cloud-based services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection platforms.
