We are seeking a Desktop support engineer to provide exceptional technical support to a end-user,s including VIP users based in China. In this role, you will deliver daily end-user support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and collaborate with our dedicated IT team to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for MacBook devices, including hardware troubleshooting, software configuration, and system updates.
• Assist a large and diverse user base, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Support and communicate effectively with VIP users in China, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Document support requests and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices and improve support workflows.
• Educate users on device features and best practices to optimize their experience.
• Stay updated with the latest MacBook technologies and support methodologies.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience supporting MacBook hardware and macOS operating systems.
• Proven ability to support large user bases effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with VIP users, particularly in China.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional).
• Experience supporting international or VIP clients.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and security protocols.
