We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • >10 years of exp in End user support
  • Expert in O365, teams, Outlook, Excel Support
  • o365 cloud environments support
  • Desk side support role for VVIP clients
  • Mobile device management
  • VPN Support, Printer support
  • Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.
  • Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fitouts)
  • Desktop patch deployment
  • Good communication, Good user facing exp
  • Person will be working full time from client location
