We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine Microsegmentation policies and rulesets to meet organizational security
  requirements and objectives.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex issues related to network
  segmentation, access control, and security policy enforcement.
• Analyze network traffic patterns, security alerts, and incident data to identify and mitigate security threats
  and vulnerabilities within segmented areas.
• Coordinate with security teams and incident responders to investigate and respond to security incidents
  or breaches affecting segmented network zones.
• Lead configuration management efforts to maintain consistency and accuracy in Microsegmentation
  policies across network devices and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement automation scripts or tools to streamline Microsegmentation configuration tasks
  and enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and train Level 1 support personnel on Microsegmentation concepts, best practices, and
  advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in Microsegmentation
  technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsegmentation controls into broader security
  initiatives and architectures.

Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network security, cybersecurity engineering, or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security technologies, and threat detection methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsegmentation concepts, techniques, and tools (e.g., VMware NSX, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto
  Networks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network
  security issues.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation frameworks for network
  configuration and management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively with
  technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.
