JD & Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Perform regular system audits and risk assessments.
Lead the site service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure efficient execution of
processes and tasks.
Work on multiple projects and operational activities both as a lead and team member.
Manage team performance
Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
Project Management
Oversee projects assigned by the India IT regional lead from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered within specified timelines.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
System Maintenance and Security
Drive IT operational efficiency, governance, and compliance (internal and external
audits).

Technical Support - Lead the team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and

Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
