We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Role Overview
We are seeking a capable and customer-focused IT Support professional to provide onsite and on-call technical assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in Hanoi, Vietnam. The role involves supporting a wide range of activities—from routine support tasks to more complex technical issues—while ensuring timely resolution and optimal service delivery.
Note: Candidates must be a Vietnamese Citizen or PR.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Support and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop and laptop environments
- Perform hardware and software installations, including deployments via tools such as SCCM
- Provide printer and peripheral support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in time-sensitive environments
- Manage time and resources effectively to meet SLAs
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience troubleshooting computer operating systems and peripherals
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Knowledge of SOE environments and Group Policies
- Printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals
- Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
Basic knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- SCCM
- Apple macOS
- Exposure to mobile device support
Professional Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar desktop support / EUC role
- Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
