We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.
IT Skills and Experience
– Identity Governance and Access Management Tester should hold relevant experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ technologies.
– Should have worked and tested IdentityIQ features like Application onboarding, provisioning, and certification modules.
– IdentityIQ 8.1 or further knowledge and experience is an added advantage.
– Should know the certification module thoroughly and know all the certification phases and relevant features.
– As a tester should be able to work independently and contribute to the team’s feature development success by testing every story part of a team.
– As a lead your responsibilities involved onsite-offshore coordination, stakeholder management, business development, and providing long-term solutions.
– Should have prior knowledge of working agile model and accordingly participate in agile ceremonies.
– should have agile experience working over Jira or relevant tools for story, task, effort tracking, etc.
– As a tester, you should be creating test plans, designing test cases, executing test cases, and preparing test completion reports.
– Should be able to work on multiple stories from multiple teams in the same sprint.
– Should be able to communicate progress over stories/testing to customers and able to raise risk/issues on time.
– Should participate in cross-team activities for testing and be able to update customers & other stakeholders timely over progress.
– Should have excellent communication skills and be able to understand customer requirements.
– Should work in coordination with BA, Developers, and other stakeholders.
– Should possess learning skills and should have problem problem-solving approach.
– Should not only identify bugs but also work with development to have a better solution for fixing.
– Should be able to work as an Individual contributor and when needed should lead the team for delivery.
