We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Description

  • Focus on integrating external payroll systems such as ADP GV and Celergo with Workday HCM
  • Serve as a key liaison between HR business stakeholders and technology development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into effective technology solutions
  • Responsibilities include: requirements analysis and solution design, functional documentation, testing and quality assurance, and Workday configuration and suppor
  • .At least one full lifecycle of a Workday integration project, preferably involving a payroll system (e.g., ADP, Celergo, or local vendor)
  • Learn about Workday integration technologies (EIB, core connector, document conversion, Studio)
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business processes of Workday HCM, payroll, and payroll interfaces
  • Experience in writing detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).
  • Good at designing and executing integrated test plans and test cases
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and support
  • Workday Pro HCM and/or Integration certification

Experience in a similar role

  • 5 years + of relevant experience
