We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Overview
The Fulfilment Technician will be responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations relating to mobile phones.
1. Overseeing all Shipping/Receiving of new and used assets
2. Decommissioning retired assets in accordance with strict Asset Disposal & Destruction procedures
3. Responsible for coordinating inbound logistics of new hardware and stock management to ensure sufficient stock levels based on project schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory of Mobile phones
- Kitting of Mobile phones (i.e. installing screen protector and case)
- Asset tagging of Mobile phones
- Updating mobile devices to latest IOS version
- Assist in the prepping of phones for shipment
- Packing devices
- Creating shipping labels
- Tracking of shipments
Key Skills\Experience
- Experience managing a large inventory of serialized and non-serialized assets
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Any successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience in leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiatives.
