Key Responsibilities:

• Package and test software applications for deployment via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot task sequences, collections, and deployment schedules in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Manage and monitor application deployments, update compliance, and device health.
• Design and implement Intune policies for modern endpoint management (including device configuration, compliance, and application policies).
• Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to gather packaging requirements.
• Ensure deployments meet compliance, performance, and security standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and version control for all packages and configurations.
• Provide 3rd-level support for software deployment and endpoint configuration issues.
• Assist with OS deployment, patch management, and BitLocker encryption via SCCM/Intune.
• Monitor system logs and perform root cause analysis on failed deployments or policy misconfigurations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch) and Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with MSI, EXE, AppX, MSIX packaging, and repackaging tools.
• Solid understanding of MDM and modern desktop management.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Conditional Access.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
