We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisations desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Description

– Must have good knowledge of UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions.

– Should have extensive experience in configuring pay policies, accruals, and other modules.

– Should be responsible for analysing and working on new business requirements

– Work experience in Kronos clocks using WDM and the ability to configure clocks

– Monitor, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations
