We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

IT Skills and Experience

  • Analysis & Problem Solving, Planning/Organizing/Work Management, Quality Orientation / Attention to Detail, Learning Agility, Influencing, Tenacity, Building Trust, Listening, Project Coordination, Strong oral and written communications, Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with several levels of the customer’s organization.
  • Hands on experience In Staging and Kitting end user devices and troubleshooting
  • Should have experience in Vendor Management
  • Understand solution, scope, SLA and RLS
  • Complete ownership Delivery governance to achieve SLA and timely ticket resolution and proper updates.
  • Customer handling Skills
  • Ability to Track and prepare and report on the Operational Metrics and Performance
  • Complete technical Screening (Internal & External) for fitment
  • Ensure that the Services are provided as per the contract.
  • Perform ticket analysis to identify repetitive tickets, projection, trends & priority. Identify top call contributors
  • Hands-on involvement in BAU operation should there be a delay in BAU SME onboarding or until the completion of their onboarding.

In-depth knowledge of:

  • Hands on experience in Networking
  • Knowledge about Data Centre
  • Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Active Directory
  • Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, and computer hardware.
  • Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices
  • Mac operating system, to support Apple pc users.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
  • Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support.

IT Qualifications

At least two of the following:

  • Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer Application
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.

Experience in a similar role

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
