We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Officer – End User Computing (EUC) to provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in desktop support, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 desktop and EUC support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or other IT ticketing tools.
- Perform device installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and break/fix activities.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and MECM/SCCM for endpoint management.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Assist with endpoint security, MFA, BitLocker, antivirus, and system recovery.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate device replacements, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Prioritise incidents, meet SLA requirements, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide meeting room and conference room technology support.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT End User Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Intune, and MECM/SCCM.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service model
in a similar role
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
