Hiring: IT Desktop Support Engineer – L1 | 3-Month Project | Multiple US Locations
Axiom Technologies is looking for IT Desktop Support Engineers (L1) to support a healthcare client across various locations in the United States.
📌 Position: IT Desktop Support Engineer – L1
📅 Duration: 3 Months
🔄 Extension: Possible based on project requirements
💼 Engagement: 1099 Independent Contractor

📍 Location: Various locations across the US
🔧 Scope of Work

  • Support device setup, including installation, configuration, and connectivity.
  • Perform multi-device deployments, including scanners, printers, WOWs, workstations, and related devices.
  • Provide Epic Go-Live support and readiness assistance to ensure a seamless end-user experience during critical deployment phases.
  • Perform post-deployment stabilization and troubleshooting for all deployed devices following rollout completion.
  • Provide Hypercare support using a T&M model to enable rapid issue resolution and sustained operations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues in a healthcare environment.

👤 Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in IT Desktop Support / Field Support / Service Desk environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with device installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, workstations, and other end-user devices.
  • Healthcare/clinical environment experience is a plus.
  • Epic Go-Live or Hypercare experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite at the assigned client location.
