We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a capable resource for Dispatch/on-demand field support to coordinate activities ranging from simple tasks to complex ones. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users with the organisation’s end-user IT equipment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
IT Skills and Experience
Previous experience troubleshooting computers, printers, and network devices is advantageous.
Experience with dispatch on-call or on-demand field support.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
