We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Location: South Boston, Virginia, USA
Contract Type: Independent Contractor-1099 / (3 Months contract)
Start Date: Immediate
Eligibility: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Preferred / Also Accepted: H4 EAD and L2 EAD candidates/ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

We are currently seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer for a short-term onsite engagement in South Boston, VA.

🔹 Required Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of End User Computing (EUC) Support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and desktop support skills
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments
• Knowledge of Network Hardware & Facilities (Network H&F)
• Experience with hardware installations, configurations, and end-user support
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site End User Computing (EUC) support
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
• Support network-related incidents and basic infrastructure troubleshooting
• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and replacements
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue resolution
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions
• Ensure adherence to IT support and service management processes
