We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Location: Denver, Colorado – USA (On-site)
Contract Type: Independent Contractor /Full Time
Eligibility: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Preferred

Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients. This role involves responding to service requests as needed and providing hands-on technical assistance for desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location.

This is a contract-based position. Availability and responsiveness are essential. Candidates must be able to perform hands-on support, including lifting and handling IT equipment as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite desktop and IT support for end users at client locations.
  • Perform hands-on “feet on the ground” support, including lifting and installing hardware as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software.
  • Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
  • Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
  • Document service activities and communicate updates to the Service Delivery Team.
  • Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
  • Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in onsite support environments.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry IT equipment as needed.
