About the Role

Atos is seeking an experienced On-Site Project & Operations Lead to act as the senior representative at our project site in Colombia. You will drive the transition from project delivery to stable long-term operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

This is a high-impact leadership role combining project management, operations setup, and stakeholder management.
Location: Colombia (Latin America)
Duration: 1–3 Years
Reporting To: Project Director (China)
Languages: Spanish (Business/Native Preferred), English (Proficient)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and cost control.
• Build and manage the local operations team in Colombia.
• Design operational processes aligned with SLA requirements.
• Lead knowledge transfer and oversee post go-live operations.
• Coordinate suppliers and manage UAT and system deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience leading cloud, data center, or government IT projects.
• Proven ability to build and manage operations teams.
• Strong understanding of Private Cloud, CMP, or Big Data platforms.
• Proficiency in PMP/PRINCE2 methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Strong bilingual communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid work authorization for Latin America (Colombia preferred).
