We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Level 2 IT Engineer to support end-user computing operations, VDI infrastructure, and application deployment in an enterprise environment. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, and coordination with stakeholders for ongoing IT support and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for laptops, desktops, and end-user devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Manage end-user accounts and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Install and support customized applications on user devices.
  • Support and administer Citrix VDI and VMware-based VDI infrastructure.
  • Manage file servers and license servers.
  • Deploy and package applications using SCCM.
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to support project-related activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in IT L2 support.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, Citrix, and VMware.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
