Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist with a strong background in IT infrastructure and data analysis to join our team in Budapest. This role is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects while supporting enterprise infrastructure and transforming data into actionable insights through Power BI and Microsoft Excel dashboards.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly analytical, and comfortable working across teams to ensure successful project execution and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex IT and infrastructure-related projects from initiation through completion
- Analyze and manipulate large, complex datasets using Power BI and Microsoft Excel
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models for business insights
- Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SAN environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO), application installations, and system issues
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for infrastructure and application-related incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, reporting, and compliance with IT standards and policies
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and executing complex projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting and dashboard creation
- Solid technical expertise in:
- LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SAN technologies
- Enterprise IT infrastructure and systems support
- GPO administration and application installation/troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
