We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer with specialized expertise in supporting enterprise mobile platforms, specifically Android 15+ and iOS 17+. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for desktop systems and mobile devices within our organization, ensuring seamless user experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, peripherals, and enterprise mobile devices.
- Support and manage Android devices running version 15+ and iOS devices with iOS 17+.
- Assist users with device setup, configuration, and software updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and mobile devices.
- Ensure security policies are followed for all devices, including OS updates and security patches.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on device usage and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Android and iOS platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Android 15+ and iOS 17+ platforms.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools and security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or Apple Certified Support Professional) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
- Understanding of enterprise application deployment and management.
