Required Skills and Experience:
· Min 8 years of practical experience in running complex SCCM infrastructures
· Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012/Current Branch
· Experience in working in a multinational environment and flexible work timings
· Very good experience in SCCM administration, monitoring and troubleshooting issues, and RCA
· Complex Software deployment using SCCM
· Patch management using SCCM, especially WSUS and Windows 10 servicing
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows (workstation and server class Oss)
· Basic SQL Server, VBS, and PowerShell scripting knowledge
· Experience with SQL Server Reporting
· Good knowledge and practical experience in any troubleshooting with SCCM-related technologies
· Experience in working with Delivery Optimization Solutions (Adaptiva OneSite or 1E Nomad)
· Knowledge of Intune and Cloud Management Gateway
· Supporting end-user issues Specific Responsibilities:
· Monitor corporate MeM infrastructure
· Executes service requests, tasks, maintenance, and deployment activities requiring that basic to advanced level of technical competency
· Monitors and tests performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with others to resolve issues
· Create new applications, collections, and filters in MeM
· Addresses software distribution-related issues
· Follow change management procedures
· Work with local IT support teams in countries
· Work with the external service provider: Microsoft
· Provide technical support service in reporting, analyzing, fixing, and resolving software and application distribution, deployment, and installation issues, as well as providing root cause analysis and input for respective technical teams
· Should have strong experience in SCCM 2012/Current Branch
· In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues.
· Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer, and network designing
· Strong understanding of SCCM with advanced knowledge of application deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, client and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting
· Experience creating advertisements, collections, packages, and applications within SCCM
· Experience supporting, implementing, and managing a Windows workstation (desktop\laptop) deployment (Windows 7 / Windows 10)
· Working with the team to automate the deployment process
