Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to join our growing team. The RPA Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining automated solutions that drive efficiency across our business processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, define requirements, and implement RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Solution Development: Design and develop RPA bots to automate repetitive business tasks and processes, using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and document process workflows and requirements.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct testing, debug issues, and refine automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs and meet desired outcomes.
• Code Quality & Governance: Maintain high-quality code standards, follow RPA best practices, and ensure adherence to governance protocols and guidelines.
• Training & Support: Provide support and guidance to team members, and offer training to end users as needed on RPA processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer/Engineer with hands-on experience using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong knowledge of RPA development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with integration of RPA tools with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CRM, ERP).
• Solid understanding of business processes and workflow analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation technologies is a plus.
• Experience working with cloud-based RPA solutions and infrastructure.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
