Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders regularly
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to stay within financial constraints
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Conduct resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity
• Oversee project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-project evaluations
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment

IT Skills and Experience

• Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
• Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background

SKILLS:

• Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
• Microsoft Office applications
• EUC Support
• Security

IT Qualifications

At least two of the following:

• Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
• ITIL qualification
• MCP certification

Experience in a similar role

• 5+years of relevant experience
