We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Issue Management: 

  •  Capture incidents in the issue log. 
  • Escalate incidents to relevant individuals and support teams for support. 
  • Coordinate with end users and support teams to capture additional details to support investigation. 
  • Provide ad hoc updates to relevant stakeholders on items in the issue log. 
  •  Accurately maintain issue log with updates.

Change Management

  • Create IT support content including: 
  • Reference guides 
  •  Knowledge base articles 
  • WalkMe guided tours 
  • Email communications 
  • Create IT promotional content including: 
  • Workplace posts 
  • Basic presentations 
  • Email communications 
  • Maintain updates to system content as changes occur. 
  • Improve system content over time based on feedback from content consumers and other relevant stakeholders.

Hardware Deployment Scheduling and Communication 

  • Maintain schedule of EOL hardware to be replaced on the decided frequency (i.e. monthly / quarterly). 
  • Manage communications to team members advising of hardware to be replaced. 
  • Manage meeting invites for hardware replacement events. 
  • Coordinate with Digital Bar on hardware to be built. 
  • Support end users at hardware replacement events. 
  • Support the dispatch and collection of hardware at hardware replacement events.  
  • Required Skills
  • Tech Savvy – natural affinity with technology  
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word 
  • Project Management (junior is ok)
  • Strong written communication skills 
  •  Strong customer service skills 

Experience in a similar role

  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Freshers and IT Students are also Welcome.
