We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

IT Skills and Experience

Tech Bar: 

● User Education 

● Maintenance and Daily audits of meeting room equipment and key IT areas 

● Meeting room support 

● Townhall and Live event support 

● Break fix via vendor 

Meeting Rooms: 

● User Education 

● Maintenance and Daily audits of meeting room equipment and key IT areas 

● Meeting room support 

● Townhall and Live event support 

● Break fix via vendor 

End Point Support: 

● User Education 

● Provisioning of Laptop/Desktop/Phones etc. 

● Manage DLM for that site – Stock and spare management 

● Device provisioning etc. 

● Inventory management 

● Ensuring physical availability of engineer for walk-up queries to the Tech Bar ● Manage the vending machines and lockers 

● Break fix via vendor 

End User Support: 

● User Education 

● Overall servicing of end-users for their IT issues 

● Incidents that cannot be serviced remotely 

● SRs that cannot be serviced remotely 

● Hypercare support during project rollouts 

● Break fix via vendor 

Printers: 

● User education 

● Spares replacement 

● Vendor coordination 

● Break fix via vendor 

IT Projects:

● New technology deployment 

● Onsite user education 

● Hypercare support 

White Glove Services: 

● Ensuring availability of engineer to VIP community 

● Collaboration and white glove service with the VIP Executive assistant (EA/PA) community 

● VIP room maintenance and upkeep 

● Daily checks of VIP rooms and equipment 

Non-IT tasks: 

● Inventory reporting 

● Access card management
